• Unclaimed products

  Unclaimed products are either destroyed or

  returned to us. You lose all payments made for

  unclaimed products.

• Wrong address

  We are not liable for possible delays or other

  disadvantages arising from the incorrect address

  provided by you. You shall bear all costs that arise from an incorrect address provided by you

  (including re-shipment costs).

• Damaged products

  If there are any damages to packaging or products upon delivery, we kindly ask you to notify us immediately upon receipt of the products. Please include information about the damage and photos of the damaged products and packaging.
